Q1: When does the contest start/end?
A1: The contest starts on April 9th. You have until April 24th 11:59:59pm to enter the contest and accumulate entries. You can rearrange your entries between April 25th and April 27th until 11:59 PM. The draw and the unveiling of the potential winners takes place on April 30th

Q2: When can I rearrange my entries for the things I really want to win?
A2: You can manage your entries between April 25th to April 27th. An email will be sent to you on April 25th as a reminder.
Q3: What is the maximum number of entries that I can accumulate?
A3: 60 entries is the maximum. 24 entries for registering in the contest and 12 (prizes) X 3 (entries) = 36 entries if you click on the “+3 entries” button for each and every prize revealed over the contest period.
Q4: Can I rearrange my entries to max my odds of winning the Toyota Prius c?
A4: Yes, you can manage your entries between April 25th and April 27th rearranging and allocating then in any draw you want.
Q5: What if I don’t come back and manage my entries?
A5: If you do not return to rearrange your entries, the entries accumulated by registering will be allocated equally between the twelve prizes. Entries obtained by clicking on the “+3 entries” button will be applied to the prize. For example, if you clicked on the “+3 entries” button of the Toyota Prius c, 3 entries will be applied to this prize.
Q6: Why did I receive an email if I didn’t accept to receive promotions from Fido?
A6: By entering the contest, you automatically accept to receive one (1) email from the contest, as a reminder that it’s time to manage your entries.
Q7: When will I know if I won?
A7: A random draw will be made on April 30th. The potential winners will be revealed on fidocountdown.ca. All potential winners will be contacted by email or telephone
Q8: What are my odds of winning a prize?
A8: Though you can accumulate a maximum of 60 entries, your odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received in each of the draws you are entered in. See complete contest rules.
Q9: Why do you say “potential” winner?
A9: If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the prize.
